All purchases made at Paradise Book Store are final. We do not accept returns, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
Review the title, author, edition, language and price of every book carefully before checkout.
Double-check your name, phone number and complete delivery address — we ship exactly what you enter.
If you are unsure about a title or edition, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will be happy to help.
For Cash on Delivery orders, please check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged when the courier hands it over. If the parcel is visibly damaged or tampered with, do not accept it and contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos so we can resolve the matter with the courier.
You may ask us to cancel an order only before it has been handed over to the courier. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once a parcel has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. For orders paid by Bank Al Habib, Easypaisa or JazzCash, no payment is refunded after the order has been confirmed.
If a Cash on Delivery parcel is refused, or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address or an unreachable phone number, the order is treated as cancelled by the customer. The delivery charges incurred may be recovered from you on any future order.
