We currently deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan. International shipping is not yet available — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–3 business days.
Other cities: 3–5 business days.
Remote areas: 5–7 business days.
Orders placed before 2 PM (Mon–Sat) are dispatched the same day.
Delivery is a flat Rs. 250 per order, anywhere in Pakistan, whatever the order value. The fee is shown automatically at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status from My Account → Orders. You'll see a real-time timeline showing each step: Confirmed → Processing → Packed → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered.
We partner with trusted national couriers including TCS, Leopards, and M&P. You may receive SMS/WhatsApp updates from the courier with delivery details.
If your order arrives damaged, or if you haven't received it within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@paradisebookstore.com with your order number. We'll investigate and resolve within 24 hours.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an invalid address, re-shipping charges may apply.
The same fee applies to every city, with no hidden charges.
